The funeral on February 12, 2009

    It was such a personable funeral, just like Jeff would want and I know he was there enjoying and holding on to each of you when you bravely stood up to share your message with us all. I know that as a parent that your greatest joy is found in seeing your children become beautiful and caring adults and parents. I just can't imagine how very proud your Mom and Dad were of you kids and also your Heavenly Father. I had to chuckle at Jeff's letter,,,You know he took a chance of letting Palmer have the last word. Palmer was laughing to himself afterwards because he was thinking about closing his prayer with AND BLESS THE LIBERALS'. Oh those naughty Black's Love your all Aunt Gail and Uncle Tim

    we'll miss uncle jeff and are sad we weren't able to attend the funeral. we love and miss you all.

    I am still thinking of you all and missing my regular emails and funny notes from Jeff.. what a character he was. Wish I could have attended the funeral.. Love and prayers, Chris

    I just have to say that the funeral was beautiful. I was there to support Andrea, but I came away learning so much about a wonderful man, father, grandfather, son, friend, etc. He will be missed!

    I had a big bowl of popcorn that night and thought about all of you. You are in my prayers.
