The boys and I visited Papa today at the hospital. He seems great--all things considered. He feels more sorry for the doctors who have to keep puzzling over new problems than he does for himself.These are his swollen feeties. He says when he walks he feels like they'll burst (I've been there!!)

You can tell he's lost weight in his face, and he looks and acts tired.
They have him on oxygen, according to one fun nurse, because he's just not doing well in the breathing department. She tried to help him by having him take deep breaths, but he just wouldn't keep breathing right!
We'll keep pictures coming when he'll let us take them. He's been very cooperative knowing that so many people care...thanks everyone!!
Thank you sooooo much for taking the time to put this site up. We love you for loving us enough to keep us informed. Give your dad extra smooches for me and tell him I love him and I'm praying for him and putting his name in the temple every time I go.
