Rollercoaster Up

Good morning all.
The news today is somewhat good. The docs said that Dad's billi went down a notch and they are not sure how to interpret that. They want to see what his billi does tomorrow. If it rises then the prognosis is the same as yesterday, no hope left and make him comfortable to pass. If the billi goes down the doctors would like to try dialysis to see if that will help the fight. Dr. Martin is the one who told us yesterday that if it were his Dad, he would let him go. So I listen to him when today he said, lets give him one more day to see if we can help him fight back. His heart and kidneys are bad today. The heart is reacting to all the toxins. His kidneys are a small step away from total shut down and are very bad today. His brain and liver look better. Dad is awake today and talking. He had a pudding and is mad that he has to be treated like a child. It is good to see him in there again. We like these times. The nurses like these times. We have had as many nurses as family members cry over him. They are so sweet to him. So it all goes on for now, for today. We all just have to wait for tomorrow, again.
