Comment about comments

I set up this blog and I decided to moderate the comments which is why the comments aren't automatically posted. It has nothing to do with being logged in. Anyone can comment and now I changed things so it doesn't have to be moderated. Your comments will automatically be posted. Sorry for the confusion.
Dad made me feel good last night because before I left I said goodnight, gave him a kiss and said "love you." He turned his head, opened his little eyes, and finally said "Goodnight, Rach." It meant a lot to me because I didn't get much response from him all day long. I usually listen to my Dad talk, which I enjoy, so this new quiet he is presenting makes me feel uncomfortable. He always has something to say or teach me and now I thrive on the tiny smiles and nods of his head. I sure love him and I sure hope he can come back home so I can smell his jalapeno peppers and scare him every once in a while (he is easily surprised and I am quiet like a cat.....those are the best times).

P.S. Rayda, thanks for the plant! It is beautiful and it adds some greenery to the room, which Dad (and all of us) love.
