A good moment

I want to share an experience to give you a bit more hope. Today I gave Dad a kiss and said goodbye because I was going to leave. I turned around to leave but Ben told me that Dad wanted me. I turned back around to see that Dad was moving around, trying to get his hands out from under the blanket. I helped him move the blankets and he held his hands out to me so I just held his hands in mine. I told him how much I love him and how much all of you love him. I told him I wish I could take him home with me and take care of him. He held eye contact with me for a long time. It was a good moment and I just wanted to let you all know about it.
